The price includes:

The price does not include:
- bedding, bath and kitchen linen
- Tourist tax of:

The kitchenette, kitchen ware and table ware are to be left clean at the end of the stay, if not the guests will be charged € 30 for the cleaning.
In case of no-show by 11 p.m. on due date, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
